Nice to meet you!
Hello, I’m Taylor. I am a 26-year-old writer and illustrator, and I recently moved to Rockland, Maine, where I create cozy, whimsical stories for children inspired by nature and the quiet magic of everyday life. My work explores themes of friendship, belonging, and communication, often through food and community.
Currently, I am developing a picture book series pitch for Trofflin’s Table, set in a fictional universe known as Everkin Glen, featuring trolls, frogs, bugs, and other curious creatures who learn to care for each other through shared meals and small adventures. (See portfolio for sample spreads.) I strive to create stories that are comforting, heartfelt, and a little silly.
My goal is to publish my own children’s book series and to illustrate stories for others. I have experience designing prints, postcards, calendars, shirts, and stickers for my online shop. I have also collaborated with organizations such as PrintSocial to create shirts supporting charitable causes, designed merch for musicians like Elio Mei, and completed commissioned illustrations for over 200 couples.
