Snail Mail & Shop FAQ’s
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I can mail orders anywhere that accepts Global Forever stamps. There is an extra fee of $1 for all international orders.
Why can’t I find my tracking number?

To keep shipping costs down, everything is mailed with a stamp. This means there are no tracking numbers. I ship all orders every Friday.
My order never arrived, can I get a replacement?

Sometimes mail gets lost, and since everything is mailed with a stamp, there is no tracking.
If you live in the US and you do not receive your order within 4 weeks, you can request a replacement.
If you live outside the US, and you do not receive your order within 6 weeks, you can request a replacement.

Any replacement requested before the specified time above will not be processed.
How is everything made?

By me! I do everything in-house, from drawing and designing to printing and packaging! It is a huge undertaking, so please be patient.
